To our office in central Stockholm, we are now looking for an Area Manager Hotel who wants to continue developing and driving our operations within hotel cleaning forward.
About the role
As an Area Manager with us, no day is like the other! The role focuses heavily on optimizing the daily operations of the department's staffing clients and cleaning contracts. You build close relationships with our customers, and business development is a natural part of the work. The varied tasks also include recruitment, staffing, scheduling, training, quality control, customer follow-ups, and coaching your employees.
We are looking for a service-oriented leader who sees solutions and is driven by developing both the business and the people around them. Your closest team consists of two colleagues, and together you are responsible for the department's profitability and quality.
Who are you?
To thrive and succeed in this role, we see that you:
Have previous experience as a Head Housekeeper, Hotel Manager, or Site Manager
Have a good understanding of economics
Have a strong drive for business
Have good insight into personnel management, planning, and labor law
Have high social skills and are flexible
Are positive and good at motivating your employees
Are secure, diplomatic, and meticulous
Are solution-focused and thrive in a busy daily life
Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English – other languages are an advantage
Have a B driving license, as travel within Stockholm and the surrounding area occurs

Employment conditions
The position is a permanent full-time employment with a fixed monthly salary. Working hours are primarily during the day Monday–Friday, with the exception of some evenings and weekends per year.
We want to fill the position as soon as possible, but we place great emphasis on finding the right person rather than appointing someone with short notice.
